Service Description:
The Transition Project is a project for Year 11 students to enhance their motivation and to develop skills ad qualities to support in their next steps.

Working in Partnership with MidKent College, the Transition Project is a 5-week, full time programme from mid-June to the end of July where young people will enhance their motivation and develop their skills. The young person will complete an accredited qualification from NOCN where they will develop their employability skills and complete a CV.
