| Service Description: | I have been a childminder since May 2001 and a mother since 1987. My practice is warm and welcoming and children settle in quickly, sometimes not wanting to go home. They have fun whilst learning and also I am clear on their boundaries regarding behavior. I have a good group of children who all get on well and enjoy each other's company and have fun. I also have an assistant now who is very good with the children and has an NVQ level 2 in childcare. I myself have a diploma in Homebased childcare. References on hand to view.
