| Service Description: | Family Action Medway works in partnership with Medway Council to provide Family Group Conferences, Family Mediation, Birth Parent Support Service, Sendias and Conflict Resolution for families in the local area.
The service operates independently of the Local Authority offering impartial support to families to enable them to find solutions and make care arrangements following relationship breakdown between parent and child, or where the safety of a child or vulnerable adult is of concern.
Referrals are made by Local Authority social workers with consent from their line managers
Opening times: Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm and parking is available at pay and display bays along New Road Avenue.
The service is free to families referred by Medway Council.
Interpreters are available as required.
The offices are on the top floor of the building which may be accessed by lift or stairs
