Service Description:
Young Carer's are children and young people aged between 5 and 18 that care or help to care for a family member who may have a long term illness, disability, mental health problem, HIV/AIDS or is affected by drug/alcohol misuse. Young Carer's may provide emotional, practical or personal support to the cared for and take on responsibilities that would normally be expected of an adult.
