The Family Assessment and Contact Centre provides the people of Medway with a community resource that supports families who have experienced difficulties in caring for their children. The staff team is multi-disciplined and includes; Social workers, Counsellor, Nursery officers and Family workers and has strong links with other community resources; health visitors, substance misuse teams and Adult services for people with a learning disability.
