Service Description:21 Together is a registered charity in Kent set to support people with Down's Syndrome and any person who supports a person with Down' Syndrome.
Our charity has three main aims, they are:
To provide local high quality, accessible training for parents, carers and professionals.
Support parents and families.
Provide information and awareness of Down's Syndrome within the wider community.
We believe that everyone has the right to live their lives to the fullest of their potential. We will work together to raise expectations within the Down's Syndrome community and to empower those around us to promote inclusion and achieve aspirations.
With raised expectations and empowered voices, anything is possible.
We are starting to provide<strong> therapy groups for pre-school, primary and secondary age children. These groups will initially be speech therapy groups with an emphasis on social skills, conversations, friendships and relationships. They will complement the individual speech programs that children and young people may already have running. All abilities will be catered for.
Membership of 21 Together is free and is open to the following:

Parents, carers and family of someone with Down's Syndrome.
