We would recommend that you contact providers and face-to-face services, to see if there are any extra measures you will need to abide by if attending classes/sessions.

Healthy Early Years Award

The Healthy Early Years (HEY) Award is a great way to demonstrate that your childcare setting is committed to giving children an enjoyable introduction to healthy food and food education.  It shows parents that you provide tasty and nutritious meals and have embedded healthy living into your workplace practice.

The HEY Award is open to private, voluntary and independent childcare settings and accredited childminders in Medway.  Visit HEY Award for more details.

Looking for holiday clubs?

Please check the directory, typing in 'holiday club' as this has recently been updated.  Some clubs have confirmed their reopening, but some are open only to existing children attending their setting, so you do need to call the setting to check.

Medway Youth Services

Medway Youth Service will be continuing to deliver a level of online activity and support, prioritising our most popular sessions.  Visit Medway Youth Service for further information.

For young people who would prefer to not join groups we have daily ‘Talk to a Youth Worker’ sessions where a young person can book a 30 minute to one hour slot to talk about whatever is important to them.  If you are concerned about a young person and would like us to contact them about booking them onto a session, please contact us.

If you would like further information about the Youth Service or would like to book a Talk to a Youth Worker session, email us at: youth.service@medway.gov.uk
